Registering with us helps speed up the ordering process for you and allows you to keep track of your orders and refunds online.

Q2. By registering, will I automatically receive marketing emails from you?

You will only receive marketing e-mails if you have signed up to our newsletter.
If you do sign up, you can ask to be taken off our mailing list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the page.

Q3. What do I do if I have forgotten my password or my password doesn’t work?

We only accept payment in British Pounds.

Q11. Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can but within in a certain time limit. See our ordering & payments page for more information on how to do this. Please note - we are unable to cancel your order by email.

Q13. Can I use more than one discount offer on my order?

Our promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Q15. Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to over 100 destinations worldwide. See our delivery page for a list of countries that we deliver to. Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO Box addresses at this time.

Q16. How can I find items I want online?

Simply use the 'search' box on the website and type in the product code or a description of the item you are looking for.

Q17. Where can I buy an item I have seen advertised?

Simply use the 'search' box on the website and type in the product code or a description of the item you are looking for, or, take the details to your local store.

Q18. Can I order items from your website that are not currently in stock?

You can only order items that are currently in stock. However, we regularly top up the stock on our website so please keep checking. Alternatively you can check with your local store whether they have the item you want. Use our store locator to find the telephone number of your local store. Please note that our stores are unable to post items out to you or other stores.

Q19. The item I want is out of stock online, can I order it any other way?

Please ask your local store to check their stock. You can find your store number and address using the store locator. Please note that Customer Services are unable to search for stock in stores.

Q20. I've seen an item of stock but it's not online or in my local store, where can I get it?

Some of the items on our website do sell out quickly and unfortunately we are unable to tell you if we will be getting more of a particular item. However, we regularly update our site so it's worthwhile checking again soon.

Q21. Can Customer Services locate an item for me?

Unfortunately Customer Services are unable to place an order for you. Nor are they are able to check the availability of items in stores.

Q22. How can I have my details removed from your mailing list?

Simply click the unsubscribe link at the foot of the email. Or edit your preferences on your my account page. If you're having any difficulties please contact customer services who will be pleased to help.

Q23. Do you sell surplus stock?

We do not sell surplus stock to third parties as we already have arrangements in place with our suppliers to dispose of such stock.

Q24. I bought an item online but it is now faulty, what can I do?

Either take the item to your local store for inspection or contact customer services.
