Shopping at Internacionale.com is easy and secure. Simply browse through the product categories from our Homepage, Navigation bar or search tool. When you find the product/s that you want, add to basket and then follow the guided steps to checkout.

At checkout, you can choose how you would like your order delivered to you, including

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

We will always aim to keep you posted on your order progress, from order confirmation through your order being dispatched. However, tracking your order is easy if you wish to do so.
Just log in to your account, select Order History, and click on the relevant 'View Order' link. If you've selected our standard delivery service you can also track the status of your delivery by clicking on the 'Track My Order' link on the home page. Just follow the instructions.
Please note that you can only track an order being delivered to a UK address.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

Unfortunately we can not make any changes to your order once we receive it, so please ensure you are happy with your purchases before you checkout.
You also have a right to cancel your order under the Distance Selling Regulations. If you wish to cancel you must tell us in writing, by fax or via the contact us page within 7 working days from the day after the date on which the products are delivered. You should keep evidence of having given your cancellation notice such as a certificate of posting. You must return the products to us in accordance with our terms of sale

We accept all major credit and debit cards for payment - Switch/Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Solo cards - as well as PayPal.

Unfortunately at this time Gift Vouchers purchased in a store can not be redeemed at Internacionale.com.
