We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 28 days of receipt (Sale items within 7 days). Refunds will be credited via your original method of payment.Sale items returned to store after 7 days are eligible for an exchange or credit note only.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery, underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, or cosmetic products if they have been used or the hygiene seal is broken, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. This may not apply if there is a fault with your item.
Returns are simple and easy. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 28 days (Sale items within 7 days) of receipt via one of the following methods:

If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty, damaged, of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning. We will also refund the delivery charges if you are an EU customer cancelling your entire order within the 7 day cooling off period.
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase (unless it is a purchase of financial services, food, drink or other perishable products; DVDs, CDs or software which have been unsealed; magazines; or tailor-made / customised products). Order cancellations must be made in writing to Customer Services quoting your order number. In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.
Please also note that items must be returned with all barcode tags and labels intact. We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us. Refunds are not available on underwear due to hygiene reasons.
All our items are inspected before dispatch, however should you receive a faulty or incorrect item please fill out the returns form delivered with your purchase and send it back to us at the returns address below. If you have any issues with returning your items please contact Customer Service quoting your returns number, order number, name, items you wish to return and reason for return
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

At this time we can not offer an exchange for your order online or when returning an item by post. If you wish to get an exchange, please check stock availability in your local store.
For your convenience, UK customers can go to your nearest store with your returns.
Please ensure that you take your despatch note with you as your proof of purchase.
You will also need the card that was used to purchase the order online. If you are not the cardholder for the order, they will need to be present at the time of return to store to accept the refund back on to their credit / debit card
For orders paid by PayPal, we will refund the value in credit vouchers in store.
Republic of Ireland and International customers must return their item/s by Post.
